There was a slight hiccup in my order, but they covered it quickly and without question. These cats were on fire. “I had "hands down" the best experience at this location I've ever had at any Five Guys location, in the city or out of it. Dakota was truly AMAZING from start to finish. I was able to place my order promptly, he greeted me with a great disposition and a winning smile. He took my order accurately and repeated it back to make sure it was correct.My order was prepared fresh and it was hot and delicious. The quality of the food was wonderful and he made sure my special request for my fries was executed with perfection.The experience here was so great that I would drive out of my way to come to this location - no doubt about it. Other locations should watch, learn and take notice of how things are done here for the "gold standard" in providing an excellent customer experience.The restaurant was clean and efficient. The staff all worked together to make sure my order was delivered in a timely manner.I'll definitely be back soon and look forward to another stellar visit. Keep up the great work here!!! “My new favourite place to get a delicious Waigu Burger and Giant sized Onion Rings. I went there to eat before the KC Chiefs parade ended which I'm glad I did since that was a tragedy that occurred. I ordered a Bacon Cheese Waigu Beef Burger with Mayo, pickle, lettuce, onion, and mustard and Ketchup with a Order if Onion Rings and a drink and then proceeded to seat myself so I could watch the Chiefs speak onstage on one of their flatscreen TV's they had mounted on the wall. About 5 minutes later mu order came out and was brought to me which I was impressed that they did. My Burger was super tasty and juicy and it was definitely delightful to eat. I loved the large shape of the onion rings and they were so delicious and fresh out the basket. I got my own drink from their automated touchscreen drink machine that carries Coke products. I got a Diet Cherry DrPepper and it was good and not flat. It was not crowded when I went there and the atmosphere was very comfortable and I felt safe and the service was friendly and I even talked to one of the cashiers who took my order after I ate and he was super friendly. I do recommend this place and look forward to trying additional menu items when I go back to JoCo. I'm so glad I went there for more reasons than one.Parking: I was able to park around the corner on the opposite side of BurgerFi. I did observe a parking garage but do not knoll if it was one you have to pay to park at or if it's free.“
“I've been hearing about the Shake Shack from my friend who lives in the KC metro area so I decided to give it a spin and was definitely impressed with their Burgers. I pulled up and parked not knowing what to expect. I was hungrier than a hostage and ready for dinner. When I walked in I seen all these screens to my left but I ordered my meal the old school way via thru another human. I paid about 18 dollars I believe for the Bacon Cheeseburger with a no salt Crinkle Fry and large drink. I was able to get my own drink from their Soda fountain which serves Coke products only. I liked how everything seemed simple. I wish I could of got close up pictures of the wall Menu and will next time I'm there. It took about 8-10 mins to get my order so I knew it was going to be fresh. The buns they use for their Burgers are beyond tasty and delicious. Best bun ever and the Burger itself with the melted cheese and Applewood Bacon was givin me summertime vibes. The fries were Crispy and I never wanted them to end either. I ate my meal outdoors since it wasn't to cool yet and they have plenty of seating outside and for the inside, there's a dining area that has a long wall that splits the tables from the soda machine. It reminded me of a wall you'd see in a prison movie but this place had nothing but pleasant people and staff so I felt comfortable and safe there. They even had a waterbowl for your dog outside but I didn't let my Lil doggy partake cause you just never know but the water looked very clean and fresh. And what I also liked was the Two, yes two, Cornhole beanbag toss games you could play with a friend or date. I will definitely be going back up here soon just to get a burger. The only complaint I have is I wish the Burger was a little bigger but maybe I ordered the smaller one and didn't realize it. The Shake Shack is a definite Homerun and a serious contender in the Burger Wars. Their food speaks for itself and I will be trying a Shake next time to let you all know. Please don't overlook this place cause you won't be disappointed when you go.Parking: Parking right in the front and easy to find a spot. It wasn't super busy yet so it could be different during rush time.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat concrete by entrance and handicapp parking is close to the entrance.“
“Went there this summer and have thought about it several times since, live a decent ways away so haven’t been back yet but sure want to go soon. This was my first experience with water ice and it tastes so AWESOME!! Way better than snow cones. The owner of the little shop was super nice too, he let us try a couple flavors to help us decide which flavor we wanted to get.“
