“I was in town for a conference and I went to Food Network for some recommendations and this restaurant popped up. I was not disappointed the ribs and pulled pork were really great. The sauces were really good and the atmosphere was so friendly and just down home. I love the option of eating indoors or outdoor. Great place if you are a visitor. And a lot of locals recommended this place.“

“Bogarts 4.5/5 Sugarfire 0/5 Pappy's 5/5 Bogarts has pastrami which we didn't see anywhere else, so we tried that. Very good! The ribs are also very good but Pappy's is just a tad better. Bogarts was a little more difficult to get to via public transportation, but it's doable. We came at 3 (they close at 4) on a weekday and it was empty. Same coleslaw as Pappy's (we were told they have the same owner) which is vinegar base with cabbage and apple. Great compliment to the rich bbq. I did need some sauce on the ribs here and there but nothing close to Sugarfire (tough and dry).“

“This is the face of a VERY happy birthday boy. The driver was professional, and very kind to the children. Multiple people around the area were excited to see the ice cream truck too. He did our party and other sales. How he managed that I will never know. Because the kids were coming in left and right. I was excited that this business had sonic the hedgehog ice cream. But they exceeded my expectation on the variety of treats. We purchased bracelets for our party guests so the driver could know they were with the party. It worked out beautifully. I was actually able to purchase extra sonic the hedgehog ice creams and snocones! I will definitely be using them in the future. Great reasonable price and so friendly.“

“Pasta House catered our wedding, and they did an amazing job!!! They made the whole day a breeze! The food was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers!!! My husband and I wanted ice cream for dessert. They placed the order with Ted Drewes, picked it up, and brought it to the venue. They even let my baker bring the cake to them the day of, and they handled it from there. The bar was awesome!! The drinks were delicious and ll the staff from serves to bartenders were so friendly! Our wedding was at the World's Fair Pavillion which has some stricted guidelines/rules which we were worried about. Pasta House took care of all of it and didn't let us worry once about it. They were a dream to work with and I would recommend them to everyone for a delicious and stress free wedding or event!!!“

“SUPPORT BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES!!!Feel in love w/ Lisa’s cooking; she for sure knows what she is doing in the kitchen. The catfish was cooked to perfection. The spaghetti & potato salad was amazing. Tried the apple holly pocket and it was delicious so I am definitely trying the peach one next. I ordered two days in a row and had my family place a big order. They loved the food as well. Nice place for a grab and go; family is very nice. I will continue to support and eat at this establishment.“

“Ordering on-line was easy. Communication after ordering was very timely. The order was delivered as scheduled (7:30 a.m.) and set up beautifully. If there has ever been a question about our order, they call us and are courteous in their communication. We always get a follow up from them inquiring about how the order went. “my experience at the Missouri History museum Cafe is above awesome this is a great place together for a superb brunch it is a black owned business and it gives us blacks a nice place with a pleasant atmosphere and outstanding dishes excellent desserts the staff and the service is outstanding please try them Missouri History museum I do the Sunday brunch almost every Sunday so don't ever say there's no black on brunches in St Louis because there is but I'm warning you when the other people find out how good it is there's not going to be room for us so you better patronize it while you can“

“Delicious buffet brunch with breakfast choices including an omelet station, lunch selections, salads, fruit and a huge array of desserts. Had a very few gf options in desserts, but no bread offerings. Bar service of bloody Mary's, coffee, juices. A little pricey but food was good, presented well and service attentive and accommodating.“

“I'm in from out of town for an emergency and I have celiac, both times I've been in this location I was met with care, they made sure my food was fresh and let me know what was and wasn't safe for me to eat. Haylee especially has been great, she's so sweet and I'm so glad she was in both times, she even recognized me right away on my second visit! Overall good food and great attentive service!“
