There is a certain way of making enchiladas verdes, and it's usually made the same way in just about every Mexican restaurant. But this restaurant goes above and beyond by making the plate absolutely individual and delicious. ?

My daughter and her boyfriend treated me to dinner at this amazing Mexican restaurant and I was simply amazed. I have never in my life tasted such awesome and delicious food.
