“Last Tuesday, 7/18 I went through the drive thru around 3:45ish and ordered a drink and cookies. When I pulled up to the window I was greeted by a very friendly young woman who took my money and handed me my drink. Shortly after a young man came up to give me my cookies and asked if I would like to wait so he could make fresh ones instead of the ones they had. He said it would only take 2 minutes so I said that would be great. While I waited (no one was behind me) the young lady chatted nicely and was so very pleasant. In no time the young man came back with fresh cookies and said he added an additional cookie because I had to wait. The interaction was personable and professional with the best customer service I have had in a long time. Kudos to your staff, I will be back and tell others of the great service I was provided.“
“First of all, the guy working the counter had a tattoo on his neck that said "KING" & he did a PHENOMENAL JOB. super polite, super informative, very friendly and hands down one of the best DQ employees I've ever had serve me. I got my food to go on, and the food took a long time to get to me. Which normally means it's gonna be hot and fresh!!! That was not the case. All of it seemed old. Or had been sitting there for awhile. it sucked to wait 20 minutes for cold food. But KING deserves a raise“
