“I headed to Fringe Beerworks to hang out with a friend. Turns out, it's pretty awesome! Great beer - I had a stout and IPA, and both met-and maybe exceeded-my standards. The server was also very friendly.The cozy neighborhood bar vibe creates the perfect ambiance to enjoy your pints...and if you're thinking about braving the great outdoors, there is a nice outdoor seating area. We avoided that because of the scorching heat this time of year (July).Street parking is plentiful, and their location in Lee's Summit's downtown adds to the cool factor. They might have their own lot, but I didn't check since it was easy to find a spot on the street. They have both in-person and online menus, which is pretty convenient - you can peruse the beer list before you go, which I especially appreciate.Another cool thing - Fringe Beerworks spices things up with events like Game Night, which they were having the night we were there, although we didn't attend.So yeah, great brews, friendly vibes, easy parking, and a downtown location - loved it!“
“Excellent little out-of-the-way brew pub I just happened to come across while out jogging, only about 1,600 steps from my front door. A partnership with Burn Theory Fire Kitchen, I was here on a Sunday morning when they were serving brunch and the food smelled amazing. Nice variety of beers. Decided to try the Carrot Cake Hef because it sounded interesting - a 5.7% ABV Hefeweisen brewed with over 100 pounds of carrots, cinnamon and clove. Although I was prepared to not like it, damned if it was not DELICIOUS and did taste like carrot cake. Definitely will be back to try a few of the other beers and some of that food that made my stomach growl like it has not in a long, long time!“
“Good beer and regular flavor rotation while still maintaining a few popular regulars. Good selection of wines and liquor for any of the friends who come with but don't want beer. The place leans into the local history with sincerity and embraces the historic value of the venue and its location. They also cleverly make use of the "extra" space in their building by subleasing to additional businesses such as a flatbread restaurant, previously an art studio, and soon a salon. All good reasons to stick around for another drink. Easy going open mic night on Wednesday with a "come as you are, everyone is welcome" vibe. Bring an instrument if you play, come to clap if you don't.“
“Just stopped by today. Had no idea this place was here. Really good beer. Simple and had other drinks as well if you don't like beer. Really nice place and set up well. These guys took a small house and converted it into a brewery and did a great job setting this place up for customers. I will be back for sure!“
“I love this place. A variety of beers on tap. And I like the thin crust small pizza. I share it with my husband. Nice, friendly, casual environment. The owner, I believe, bartends and is super friendly. Also in downtown Lee's Summit which is quaint.“
“Great brewery and restaurant you would not necessarily see from the main road if you were not looking for it. Jason and Shawn were great, explaining rhe history of the place and some of the beers they have on tap. Their Irish Red Ale is extremely good and the Cartel - a gose infused with salsa - is maybe the most original beer I have ever tasted. Cannot wait to go back and sample more beers and some of their food offerings. GREAT bourbon/whiskey menu with numerous events each quarter focusing on those liquors. Wonderful spot to spend an afternoon.“
“Beer has gotten much better over the years. BBQ is alright, a little dry and plain as far as flavor but serviceable. Owner's father makes brown sugar bourbon which you can buy a bottle of at the restaurant, quite tasty. You can also get cigars here!“

“We just had the most superb meal here! Everything tastes so fresh and the service was great. My favorite thing was the brisket and homemade horseradish. Some of the best I've ever had in my life! And I'm hard to impress because my husband is a chef. Can't wait for next time!“
