Went there and ordered a Jr Whopper and it was nicely put together. The lettuce was crispy fresh and the sandwich wasn’t just thrown together. It was nicely stacked and put together. The fries nice and hot.. Service was great too. Well done management.. The people working today cared.

I went through the drive through with my family. We each ordered a meal. The service and food were all good. As I was drinking my sprite I tasted something very odd. I opened my cup only to find black particles floating around in my cup. As I poured out my drink to inspect what the particles were I saw it all in the bottom of the cup which look like ashes. I am so disgusted. I tried to call but no one is answering. My throat feels weird at the moment. I am not happy at all....

I love B&G, never had theirs. Got some this am. 7.00 for gravy with huge clumps of batter ( I thought it was sausage) and the Biscuits were so hard I can only eat two of them very disappointed. Very. Their burgers are so good. I can’t imagine why the lumps of batter like that. I mean it wasn’t edible and I’m not picky.

Kid-friendliness: The staff is always so kind here. I’m just shook this food was so bad.
