“Every time I eat here I notice that the crew is well trained. They work as a team to keep the store clean. The drink area is always clean and well stocked. Counter staff is always friendly and courteous. The food is always hot and fresh as advertised. My hat 🎩 is off to the manager.“

“Wow haven't been to chikfila in a few years. Used to love it but after my daughter make me go there multiple times a week I got a bit tired of it.
Got the spicy chicken sandwich combo and that sandwich was the perfect combo of crispy and juicy. The best I've ever had there. Waffle fries were of course amazing and hot. Cherry coke is a favorite bc not too many people carry it.

“Came in on our way back from kiddos birthday vacation, and I have no words for how great this place was to us! Food: instantly ready, hot and delicious. “Wow! What a great lunch. Chicken salad is the centerpiece here, and it's done perfectly. It's not the heavy, greasy, swimming in mayo stuff you're used to. It's light, flavorful, and available in many different versions. Get it on bread, crossant, or just a big scoop. The broccoli salad is great with a light, sweet yogurt-based dressing. We heard that the pimento cheese was good, so we got that to go. This may become a favorite spot!“

“The atmosphere is typically loud during all hours of the day so you'll have to raise your voice if you want to communicate to the person in front of you. If you're getting a takeout order you might not hear your name yelled so you need to be paying attention. They're always officers everyday in and out of the store so there's always a service officer there to help anyone if someone is having trouble or need sanctuary. Chick-fil-A is considered a safe place so if someone is chasing you or you're having problems they will help you with sanctuary. It is wheelchair friendly everyone is always very very kind everyone dresses very nice the place is always kept very clean. This particular Chick-fil-A on 39th Street is always busy so there will always be a long line for the drive-thru. Is definitely my favorite Chick-fil-A I've been to and I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's. When you order food there is a general decent wait time so be prepared for that but it's always nice hot and fresh.

Parking: There's about 40 parking spots but since it's so busy it can be hard to find a parking spot but people are usually in and out so you can either park by the mall if you want to walk or you'll typically get a parking spot there's usually always one open.

Kid-friendliness: There is absolutely kid friendliness kids are protected there and safe if they wander around or have fun you know kids are. Nothing will happen to your kid if they go to the restroom by themselves they're very watchful there and there's always an officer there.“

“Let me start you off with this review. The food was awesome! The breading on the chicken could use some seasoning, and the waffle fry portion could be a little bigger. But the chicken was cooked nicely, the sauces were fantastic, and the waffle fries were great! Would order again!“
