“I had such a great experience at Olive Garden! From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming. The restaurant was spotless — nice, clean, and well-kept — which always makes a difference when you’re dining out.

On our previous visit, Ashley absolutely made the evening with her friendly and attentive service.

This time, we came back today and were lucky enough to have Audrey as our waitress — and she was every bit as amazing. Audrey is a genuinely pleasant, personable, and hard-working server who clearly takes pride in what she does. She greeted us with a warm smile, made us feel right at home, and stayed on top of everything without ever being intrusive. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out, and it made the whole experience feel even more special.

The food was delicious (love that never-ending soup, salad, and breadsticks!), and everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered on both visits. But the service is what keeps this location feeling top-tier. Whether it was Ashley before or Audrey today, the staff here truly goes above and beyond.

Jeremy whom is a manager was so kind and genuine. I could talk to him for days about life and projects but alas there’s work to be done!

“Wow haven't been to chikfila in a few years. Used to love it but after my daughter make me go there multiple times a week I got a bit tired of it.
Got the spicy chicken sandwich combo and that sandwich was the perfect combo of crispy and juicy. The best I've ever had there. Waffle fries were of course amazing and hot. Cherry coke is a favorite bc not too many people carry it.

“I came to Panera to enjoy some soup on a cold night, and Mr. Richard made the experience even better! He provided excellent service, offered me an option that wasn’t even on the menu, and was sweet, he even gave me a little treat to go with my soup. “Where to begin….. from the moment my wife and I walked in, we were met with an angel by the name of Kristen, by far the best darn server I’ve ever had in my life. She went out of her way at every step 👟 to ensure we had the most excellent experience at the Olive Garden. She was charming and delightful, and her grace was unmatched. We were waited on hand and foot, feeling like royalty 🤴 in our Olive Garden booth. We split the lovely boocatini pasta with the ten cheese marinara, and oh! What a sensation. The breadsticks and salad never fail to bring a smile to face, but even better was Kristen’s impeccable service. When we arrive back at this Olive Garden, which we no doubt will, we will be requesting service from the wonderful, outstanding Kristen. I wish I could perhaps in another life give the service a million stars ⭐️. I provided the following photos below. The meal was so delicious I was so excited I didn’t take a photograph until after I devoured the whole darn thing. Whoops 😅 silly me 👍“

“This Lees Summit location is very clean and has an attractive courtyard not found in others in their chain. The staff is always friendly and quick. The food is good, particularly salad entrees and most sandwiches. They did put a spin on a classic sandwich, the BLT, that had avocado spread which pretty much ruined it. I suggest asking what comes on the item so you won't be disappointed. Otherwise, this is a 5 star fast food spot.“

“The atmosphere is typically loud during all hours of the day so you'll have to raise your voice if you want to communicate to the person in front of you. If you're getting a takeout order you might not hear your name yelled so you need to be paying attention. They're always officers everyday in and out of the store so there's always a service officer there to help anyone if someone is having trouble or need sanctuary. Chick-fil-A is considered a safe place so if someone is chasing you or you're having problems they will help you with sanctuary. It is wheelchair friendly everyone is always very very kind everyone dresses very nice the place is always kept very clean. This particular Chick-fil-A on 39th Street is always busy so there will always be a long line for the drive-thru. Is definitely my favorite Chick-fil-A I've been to and I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's. When you order food there is a general decent wait time so be prepared for that but it's always nice hot and fresh.

Parking: There's about 40 parking spots but since it's so busy it can be hard to find a parking spot but people are usually in and out so you can either park by the mall if you want to walk or you'll typically get a parking spot there's usually always one open.

Kid-friendliness: There is absolutely kid friendliness kids are protected there and safe if they wander around or have fun you know kids are. Nothing will happen to your kid if they go to the restroom by themselves they're very watchful there and there's always an officer there.“

When I got to the store, Alexis went above and beyond to help me. She made sure I got my order without having to drive all the way to the other location, and she handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. “They have great outdoor seating options and dogs are allowed. The food is always good quality and you can easily sub out bread you don't like for different bread on your sandwiches. Bread bowls with soup are excellent and they have a cheaper priced meal option on the self check kiosk called value duets many don't know about. It is significantly cheaper and you get half a sandwich and soup for under $9.“
