“Our server was supposed to be a lady by the name of Danielle, however other than writing our order she did nothing. But the other waiter Evan was absolutely fantastic. That young man is a rockstar, and the website leaves me nowhere to inform upper management of how well this gentleman did, but I cannot overstate the job proformence he did, bussing every table in a timely manner, taking care of every guest, you name it this guy did it. The lady who *should* have done all this, no where to be seen other than take the order and disappear. She even took a tip off a table I saw Evan work, so I personally handed him his tip to ensure he was well rewarded for his efforts. Evan if you see this, please be proud of yourself you are an extremely polite and professional, well done and I hope you get the rewards for doing such a great job. Yall if you want taken care of make sure Evan is your waiter, and tip him well. Thanks again Evan!”

“I had come in the other night and my order was completely wrong but with it being so close to closing time and I live so far out of town there wasn't a lot I could do at that time. I completed a survey explaining why my experience wasn't great and they contacted me the next day. I believe Emma (so sorry if this is incorrect name) is the one that contacted me through email told me that I could come in and they would not only correct my order but they would even give me my entire order even though there was only a couple of things that was incorrect free of charge. I work late and it was literally 25 minutes till their closing time and Jenny was very pleasant told me to come on in and I got my order! THANK YOU so very much! I really appreciate you all taking the time to make my experience that much better!”

“I've been working in Sullivan this month and stopped in China King a few times for lunch. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean, the staff is friendly and courteous and the food is delicious. It is made fresh, very quick and comes out steaming. I've had the pork fried rice and shrimp fried rice. Both were delicious and make me want to plan my next visit to the restaurant.”

“Wow, I can’t believe I’m giving a five star review to Little Caesars Pizza. But for the price and service, it was worth it. Here’s why:
1. Pizza and cheese sticks were actually really good.
2. A full size half pizza half cheese sticks was only eight dollars. That’s the third of the price it would’ve cost for two people to go to Lions choice down the road.
3. It was ordered and ready and only eight minutes.
4. The app let me know when the order was in when it went into the oven and when it was being boxed and ready.

After over a week traveling the USA and sampling local food every day it was nice to know what to expect before we went in and Applebees did not disappoint. It was better than we expected and reasonably priced.”

“I visited the store in Sullivan Missouri today and found everybody there to be so polite, as usual. The girl that helped me, Allie, was remarkable and made a perfect drink for me. Her politeness and helpfulness was pretty extraordinary. I love this store and this is the Starbucks I come to 95% of the time. Anytime I'm in the Sullivan area this is where I'll be.”

“We own a seasonal riverfront campground & float business in the area so we run into Sullivan a lot for food for both ourselves & our work team as well. My husband loves Imos! I prefer Mozzarella cheese, so our solution is 1/2 Provel & 1/2 Mozzarella so we are both happy! (Just suggesting in case someone did not know you can do that!) The salads are really good as well! We go to this Sullivan location at times to eat in, but mostly carry out. Service has always been great! We also go to the St Charles locations when in StL! I would just suggest for everyone to be kind to the people who are working...they are not the 30% who quit or just don't show up for their shift which creates a hardship on everyone. It is still very hard to find & build a good team....we know because we have similiar issues. Good help is definitely hard to find...so I always keep that in mind from leaving a good tip & thanking their staff. Little things help the work staff to know they are appreciated. No, it's not our job as customers to do that, but if you appreciate Imos & love ❤️their food...then help them out by appreciating their work staff! A little positiveness goes a long way! The End!”

He was friendly, fast and efficient with our order and when a women came in behind us he took a moment to assure her he’d be right with her. As someone that has worked in food service and customer service most of my life, I just had to give him props. So many young people are not suited for food service but Malachi does an excellent job.”
