I just want to say Silver Dollar City has some of the BEST customer service I have ever encountered.
I bought us tickets for our trip. 2 weeks later they came out with Healthcare Appreciation tickets for much cheaper, and they were for the month of July, when we are going. I called customer service yesterday just to see. She not only refunded my money and gave me tips on how to get a second day if we wanted, but it was back in my bank account this morning! We had such a wonderful experience at Silver Dollar City. Every employee we interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. The gentleman working the frog ride in the kids’ area was especially kind and made the experience so fun for our little one.

Not worth what you pay to go. Rides break down and they do nothing to make it right even if you waited over an hour in line. They close at 6 pm on the dot (you’re lucky to get 4-5 rides in one day) and thousands of people are funneled through their gift shops and eventually one door, which is a HUGE fire and safety hazard.
