Crossroads Pizza

Didn't get any photos. Went in at about 1:30 today.

It is not a brick oven pizza. I can see steel surfaces within the oven. Pizza doughs are a pre-prepped dough that lacks the flavor of that you find in true brick oven pizzeria's. The pizzas lacked the char that develops on a brick oven pizza. I watched as the meatball sub they prepped for my son was dipped out of a hot holding unit over his bread loaf and taken to the microwave and zapped for several minutes.
They were put of juices on the self serve soda machines. Out of napkins on the self serve napkin dispensers and there were no lids there either. Went back up to wait for my order and found d some sitting at the main counter. A staff person also opened a door bumping it against me as she went put of the prep area. Pizza was just mediocre.

Chicken Caesar salad was good, but we had a forty minute wait (40 minutes, after ordering) for it on a weekday. There is really no excuse for taking forty minutes to pick up a package salad from a fridge and set it on a tray.

I would like to give them 0 if possible. Calzone was uncooked. Smell like a baked puke. Overpriced food two calzones ( Worst one) + drink = $33.31 with 20% discount. So for normal person it was $56 for uncooked food.

The pizza was as expected: overpriced and basic. ?? We had the chicken spinach Alfredo. The chicken was chewy, and overall, it was not really worth it. ?? However, for amusement park food, I wouldn't expect anything great. ?‍♀️?

I had the calzone there today and it wasn't all that great. Honestly, I've had so many better calzones, including what I've made (and the one I made was terrible). The space was crowded, which was not surprising. However, I wouldn't spent almost $15 again for a tomato sauce roll-up and very few other ingredients.

Food was edible but not worth the price of course, but seriously, probably the worst calzone I’ve ever had and the pizza, 8” cheese, was very tough and hard to eat, the kids would finish it and they were the reason we went there in the first place. ?

Pizza was bland, unevenly seasoned. Nothing surprising there, however, Kathryn's attitude and blatant disrespect not only towards myself but was observed to about every customer that came through her line was egregious. Silver dollar city is loosing it's charm and replacing it with the typical bottom line first mentality and rude staff. Will not return.

Solid pizza place in Silver Dollar City. I shared a pepperoni and sausage pizza with my family and it was good quality. They also have a coke freestyle for drink choices, which I'm always a fan of.
