We had a bad experience during our week stay. They were doing construction early in the morning above us. The room we were in had disgusting carpet. On Monday we woke up to ants everywhere.. it was awful! They moved us to another room that had no air conditioning working so we moved again. Nothing like a whole day of vacation wasted. Celia and Mia are incredible, fun, and hard workers. They make the tiki bar experience that much more fun!
Poor service, rude staff, and the pool felt like a toilet.
