amazing atmosphere and food!
Our service was fantastic in person, but we ordered online on our return trip and I would not recommend online ordering. The food in person tasted much better, the orders were accurate, service was great and the atmosphere was fun.
Ordering online, the options to change/modify your order weren’t complete so if you’re like me and don’t check your order against the menu, you’ll have items on your food you might not want or be able to eat. My husband and I both had food...read full review

We had the loaded nachos and supreme burritos and both were excellent. We will be back!

El Jefe's Authentic Taqueria offers a great dining experience with friendly and helpful staff. The cool atmosphere and fast service make it a family-friendly spot. Popular for its asada tacos and burritos, this permanent food truck has outdoor seating where parents can relax and kids can play. The food is delicious and filling, definitely authentic Mexican food. The loaded nachos were the best, and the Carne Asada street tacos and Pescado street tacos were perfectly cooked and amazing. The Supreme burrito and taco meat quesadilla are also loved. The rice and bean sides tasted homemade and made from scratch. It is a wonderful surprise find and a hidden gem that is highly recommended. Overall, El Jefe's Authentic Taqueria is a popular choice for those seeking an authentic taqueria experience in the Still Waters Resort area.
