I shop at fit flavors every Sunday to pick up my weekly lunches, and she just genuinely has the best energy. Emily is incredibly kind & welcoming, and completely disarming which personally is so valuable in a nutrition store setting. So often meal prep/nutrition stores can be intimidating and overwhelming and Emily really does a fantastic job of welcoming everyone. Great job, Emily - thanks for always brightening my Sunday!”

“The coconut bowl was delicious but the strawberry's weren't fresh. I know it's the dead of winter but I wish they were fresh and not mushy. Otherwise the employees were really nice and it was clean inside and super fast service. Pineapple surf smoothie is to die for! Yum! It's been my favorite for years!!”

“Hi I need to report a hazard item I found in my chocolate custard last night. Last night around 10ish to 11:30ish me, my mom, and brother stopped by your place. We all got chocolate frozen custard. It was all good till realized at the bottom of mine I had a hazardous surprise waiting for me. After I ate my chocolate custard I went to drink the leftover milky/melted part remains of it. Note how I have my head tilted back to do this. When I went I did thought I noticed a "chunk" of something in my mouth. I didn't think anything of it at first, thinking it was just ice so I spit it out and planned to throw it out. It wasn't till a few minutes later that I dropped my cup in the car and went ro clean up and turned on the car light inside that I realized what that "chunk" was. I was shocked to find that it was a bottle cap. A BOTTLE CAP. This is highly unacceptable.i could've choked or a little kid could've had this happened to. I have NEVER had previous trouble at your place. In fact this is the Andy's I come to A lot but I guess since I could've choked I need to warn you now because of this, your workers need to be careful what lands in your products. This is unacceptable and an unnerving thought K came so close to choking on it. Not good. Please tell your workers to watch what they are doing and dispose stuff the right way, NOT in a cup about to be used for serving custard to a customer”
