Wendy's in Bridgeton

“Love their prices and quality of food. Due to our need to make money stretch, Wendy's offers a great selection for a family of four. Even though I truly believe in supporting our local economy, I have been utterly disappointed in the service i receive when frequenting here. Nothing worse than no pleasantries, agreesively handing the food to you through the drive thru window and then I open up the bag and see my food prepared less than what you expected. Example in the pic is supposed to be Saucy Nuggets. I beg to differ. know and believe they can do better.“

“We came in on the way home from the hospital after surgery. Store was packed, but a young man came and brought me a chair from a table, and wrote down my order, and then took it to the manager at the register and explained my situation. She put the order in and he brouggt me back my change, The kitchen staff were alreasy working hard, and cooking everything fresh,. By the time my husband came in from parking the car (they were SOOO) busy and the dining room was packed, the young man who got the chair was coming to me with our order. My husband went back out to get the car, and took the food, and the young man helped me to the car.

Every time we eat here the management and crew are like that. They're always working hard, and give their best effort whether it's busy or slow. Everyone is professional and neatly groomed, and everything is always clean. I was GM at a BK in my younger years, and this was a well-trained crew, who had good rapport with management, communicated and worked well as a team. Even while they were slammed, the crew kept their professionalism despite most likely still being in high school or just finished it. Kudos to the management and team. I will happily wait as long as needed for the kind of effort and pride these people take in their work. The effort shows in perfect, fresh orders that are neatly put together and thr excellent customer service.
