“This is based off of a doordash order! Order: * (2) Jr bacon cheeseburgers * (2) small fries * medium strawberry lemonade * junior frosty I submitted my order AFTER reading all these reviews, but I think management really read into them because my order was all correct! Small fries were even filled to the top AND fries were at the bottom of the bag (love when that happens) Strawberry lemonade (my favorite from any place) wasn't watered down by the ice! Super surprising! Toward the end though I did pitch the ice so it would still be good. I was wondering why my order was taking a bit longer than expected but it looked like there was a long line at the drive thru. Hopefully you guys give this location another chance!“
“Best over all taste!! I love Wendy's over anything.... the good. The bad is, the people who work inside not doing as shown. Also the food is always cold ànd, I guess they try and see how many people leaves the line as long as it takes! Geesh 30 mn just yesterday ? sad! Gravois plaza location is pitiful... not again“
“I forgot how good Wendy’s was. I highly recommend going back to Wendy’s if you haven’t been there in a while.Parking: If you can’t park in the parking lot of Wendy’s, there’s plenty parking around it.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice and easy wheelchair rims, and all the size of the building.“
“The server here looked as if she was a manager but was so confused about almost everything. It took so long for the person before me to get their order that he became frustrated. Due to the confusion, my order took a longer time as well but the food was pretty good. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap and it was pretty sneaking awesome! I also ordered the frosty iced coffee. It was pretty good as well. All in all it was an okay trip, customer service and the atmosphere in the place was off because of communication issues with the employees.“
“I hadn't been to Wendy's in a long time (doctor's orders), but my hunger got the best of me the other day. I stopped at Wendy's on West Florissant (Buzz Westphal Plaza) and was pleasantly surprised by the service. I am always a mark for great customer service, even if the meal isn't the greatest. But, the meal was satisfactory as well. And best of all, for a change the place wasn't crowded. Great service, good food, fast service and uncrowded, I have no complaints and I will be back again.“
“Nicholas was my cashier and he was super efficient and friendly! He rang up the family nuggets for me and my fries and because he said it would take a while to make my buggies fresh, he gave me a free drink! But, it didn’t even take that long because the team in the back was so speedy cooking. I am very happy with my meal and the clean atmosphere. Nicholas and the team working this evening should all get a raise!“
“In the past I'd bad experiences with Wendy's so I never cared to even try it again. Ever since they put this new one in my daughter of course had to have some and I have to admit that specific day the food was amazing, the people were fantastic and I didn't have to wait long. However I will say that the food has definitely downgraded each time I've gone back since but I don't expect Bobby Flay to make me a bacon cheeseburger, the people are always easy going and very apologetic. It's definitely my Daughter's top choice. Who doesn't love a frosty? ?⛄️“
