Wendy's in St. Louis

“This Wendy's is fantastic. My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one does so well!“

“I am always amazed how friendly and professional this location is. All wendy restaurants should model their employees after this location. It's easy to order. The workers are helpful and I don't feel rushed. My food is consistently correct, exactly as I ordered it. I even get crackers, a spoon, and a napkin when I order chili. The sides of the chili container are clean and it is nearly placed in the bag. The employees take a great deal of pride in their work.

I enjoy the food at Wendy's, especially the potato dishes.

There is plenty of parking and the inside of the restaurant is consistently clean.

“Brief update 6. Tonight, I need to acknowledge that I messed up tonight. I placed an order and headed to the restaurant. I didn't realize my intent to place the order was never registered. Upon arrival on drive thru, initially it sounded like they received some aspect of my order that they had my last initial when providing my first name.
They rushed to get me my order, despite me realizing I failed to click a button to finalize. I was in and out super fast.
An update was needed.

“All of the food was piping hot and delicious! We noticed that the drive thru traffic moved at an acceptable pace. All of the floors and the tables were spotless. Carlisha is really hands on, as we observed her cleaning.
Carlisha Immediately warmly welcomed us, and took ownership of our order. We were impressed with her menu product knowledge. She is very personable and professional. It was quite apparent to us that she was genuinely invested in our Wendy’s dine in experience.“

“Got 2 kids meals for the kid I was babysitting. They didn't ask what side we wanted and the service was slow. We waited 5 mins to order at the box. Then 10 mins a the window. No other cars were in line. No one came to the window to say We'll be with in a moment or anything. After 10mins she came up and said the total gave us the food and closed the window. It doesn't take much to say sorry about the wait or I'll be with you as soon as I can. I get it, no one cares about customers anymore. Maybe they are having a bad day. The food was good.“

“I work for AB and come here for breakfast quite a bit throughout the year and at least for me the food is always excellent and the employees in there are always very nice and cordial to me.. I love getting breakfast at this wendys location.“

“The food was fresh and good. They bagged all our meals nicely and the lady taking our orders was super nice and patient while our 4 year old was ordering. The place was very clean and they were actively cleaning as we came in. I wish I got the lady at the counter’s name so I could shout her out! We are from Ohio and this is our first Wendy’s in Missouri and it’s the best one I’ve ever been too. I’m very glad our hotel is close because this is the Wendy’s we will go to while we are here!“

“The food is always good. They always get our orders correct. Staff is good. I even saw a staff member outside picking up people's trash they just threw out of their cars. These people are doing a lot and still serve delicious food.
I'm at home eating my spicy chicken sandwich with only mayo. Yum!“
