Best over all taste!! I love Wendy's over anything.... the good. The bad is, the people who work inside not doing as shown. Also the food is always cold ànd, I guess they try and see how many people leaves the line as long as it takes! Geesh 30 mn just yesterday ? sad! Gravois plaza location is pitiful... not again
Wendy's has the best fast food when HOT but at this location the food IS ALWAYS COLD & HARD after 2pm and on weekends. Burgers dry on outside, pink on inside, and nuggets are like rocks. Fries extra salty and ice cold. Throw the whole bag away! Quality is not important here. If they don't care, they should close down.

I ordered ahead so I wouldn’t have to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes. I chose to pick it up in the lobby so I wouldn’t have to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes. Got here, lobby is locked. Now I’m sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes anyway. If only I hadn’t already paid!
