I ordered a large baconator meal with chili and a sweet tea, I get home and and have 3/4 of the bowl of chili I ordered as well as only 2 pieces of bacon on my baconator. This location needs to pay more attention to their quality control and what they're sending out. Fast food is way to expensive to be having your meal coming up short like this. I will not revisit this location for a good while.

worst wendys ever went in to order was nice until the GM thinks she can make up rules fir her store telling me certain coupons are mobile order only when in fact they are both. called corporate and they are dealing with the matterwonder how this store has so many star reviews I wish goggle would let us rate in the negative because this store needs a negative 5 star

This location is literally the worst. The lobby isn't open when the app says it is. Staff is rude and management matches their energy. Was made to pull up and my fries were cold.

Update . Still subpar service and horrible attitudes. Manager slammed the window in my face .
I caught them stealing from me. when I asked fir my reciept the girl at the window said my card did'nt go through so I gave it to her to run it again. when I stopped at the atm later that evening there wdre two charges. one was cirrecf for$13 and change9 then another charge for 23 and change. As well as being shady this mystery charge ut my account overdrawn and cist ne an additiinal $35. Aftee complainibg I was told I will get #23 and change back in 3to 5 days and I"m sol on ths $35 bank charge I will never be back!!!!

I ordered ahead so I wouldn’t have to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes. I chose to pick it up in the lobby so I wouldn’t have to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes. Got here, lobby is locked. Now I’m sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes anyway. If only I hadn’t already paid!

So this place is hit and miss I used to give it a five-star because they were really bad for two years didn't they cleaned it up and now they went back to really bad Three days ago I go to the drive-thru and the young man who was very rude and hostile tells me he's only taking orders off DoorDash or the app the speaker was kind of muddled I couldn't understand what he said so I asked him if he could repeat that and he gets lippy and says you heard what I said I ain't taking no orders unless it's off the app or doordash I asked him why He said because it was cold out and I'm like okay so does your manager or district manager know this and he said he didn't give a blank blank blank I'm not going to use the curse words that he used obviously at this point I'm not going to use the app to order food that would be a very dumb decision and needless to say I will never be back.
