Love the place
Helm Street is Brookfield's version of 'Cheers'. Everyone will be known to one another- neighbors, friends, cousins, or at least nodding acquaintances. The old building was cozy and authentic, but was a collapsing rat hole. The relatively newer concrete floor and stacking chairs are not cozy or charming, but, rather, utilitarian and functional. The restroom is well maintained. Smoking is still happening in here, so that will either be positive or negative depending on one's stance....read full review
