Our adult son and his fiancee suggested El Mariachi's tonight for dinner after we were at a Christmas event nearby. It was my first visit. I wish I could say I liked everything about it but it was way too loud for my taste. This could have been because they have karaoke on Saturday night, which definitely added to the discomfort. We could hardly hear one another. They have about a $25 per person price point with tax and tip but without drinks. We may return.

Waited almost 2 hrs to get any service here never did get out meal we ordered because the waiter stayed on the other side of restaurant people at a table next to us came in 1/2 hour or so had their drinks chips and meal and was done 45 mine before we got up and left after paying for our drinks and chips we shouldn't even had to pay for that can't even give it a rating after that we wasn't happy!

Took 50 minutes to get food for 2 people to our table and when it arrived, it was wrong. When I told them it was wrong, I was met with attitude and was told to “learn how to read the menu”. I’m not one to usually complain, but I this encounter was unacceptable. This place is starting to go downhill service and food wise.

Never eat here before so we decided to give it a try and our main meal was meat piled on a bed of rice we got our food and had no rice we went back in to let them know the mistake that was made and got told it would cost 16 dollars and some change to give us rice that we already had paid for. Never going back I don't care how good the food is. This place will never again get my service.

I got a grilled chicken salad it was delicious there was so much chicken and seasoned perfect. Thursday night outside listening to music eating chips and salsa. They have great margaritas too. We go quite frequently. Love the food and prices.
My husband and I ate a late lunch there yesterday. The food was terrible and the service was terrible. I ordered a taco salad that was missing the lettuce, so it was just a soupy mess in a burned taco shell bowl. We had to hunt down our inattentive server and ask for some lettuce. She came out with a small spoonful of lettuce on a plate. My husband ordered an item that was not on the lunch menu, and there was a very small portion of food on his plate. The music, which was just awful, was so loud that we couldn't even hear each other talk. We've been there a few times and the lighting is so low that we have to use our phone flashlights to see the menu. Dim lighting makes it really difficult for older people to see the menu. After our really bad experience yesterday, we will not be back.

We had such a great evening at El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant! The outdoor seating area is charming and casual, with umbrellas and a laid-back vibe that made it perfect for a summer night out.
We had a variety of dishes at our table—shrimp in red sauce with pineapple, sizzling beef with rice and beans, cheesy enchiladas, and a loaded plate of taquitos over nachos. Everything was packed with flavor, well-portioned, and served hot. Even the sides like black beans and Mexican rice were delicious.
The Margs were on point!!!
