Ridiculous you cant get what you order. Ordered two doubleCheese plain and a medium fry. One cheeseburger is plain the other had everything on it. 3 items and you cant even get that right.

For the last 2 Fridays , I have went through the drive thru - last week they forgot my hash brown , this week ordered the I ordered #9, I steak egg & cheese bagel meal and a bacon egg & cheese bagel.They parked me in #2 spot and I waited like 10 minutes , they brought my order out and it was 2 bacon , egg , cheese bagels -told the guy it was wrong told him what I ordered , he took the bag back in and came back 10 minutes later same bag , same food .I didn't notice that the order was put in wrong , but I didn't get a total until I got to the window.Just very disappointed, that as high priced as eating out is that my last 2 visits here have been less then ideal.As I looked at the screen it looked correct , I believe he even read it back correctly so not sure where it went wrong.But waiting a extra 10 minutes just to end up with the same bag of food as was brought 10 minutes earlier doesn't make me very happy. It wasted my time.

Drive thru experience couldn't have been better. Got my customizations correct and food was fantastic. Bagels are back with Breakfast sauce. Get extra.
The manager with the pink hair needs to go! She’s not only rude to customers but the abusive way she speaks to her employees in front of customers makes me wonder how bad it is in private. She’s very unprofessional. I get it’s hard to let a dependable employee go in these times however it may be in the best interest of the employees and this business to move her to the back and remove her authority to yell at and speak with complete ignorance to the employees and customers.

The serivce, food, and order accuracy have been consistently good at this location since I moved back to town over a year ago. Same faces in the window for a long time, too. I usually come by on Friday evenings.

The wait time around lunch was horrible. I only had cash on me (and so did about three other customers) and we were directed to the kiosks in passing several times. There should be more focus on having a readily available cashier.

It's not very convenient getting in or out of here.The parking lot is big, but it's so busy it was hard to find a good spot.Customer service was good.Getting my food was quick.Prices were okay.The food could have been a little bit fresher.
