This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered 2 cheese roll ups in the dining room and it took 20 min to get. All while the employees were only worried about the drive thru. I counted 10 cars order and get their food before I received 2 cheese roll ups

Unfortunately today was my 20+ bad experience at this exact location, tonight was my final straw. Every single order i have placed in the last 6 months has been incorrect. On top of being extremely jipped of any of the ingredients needs to complete the order. No matter how good taco bell sounds going to this location there is a 100% chance that the order will be incorrect and will have 50% or less of the ingredients of any other taco bell location.

It has been a while since I ate at Taco bell. The food was actually pretty good and hot. Took about 20 minutes to get my order which I don't think qualifies as fast food. The biggest issue was the restroom. I'm pretty sure there's no way they're being checked every 30 minutes as the crusty toilet told the tale.

You order through a kiosk no personal touch then they just throw your try on counter. Not one time in our last 3 times have any tables been cleaned but workers sitting in dining area on phones ones in back play like they are preschool age

Horrible experience trying to order inside. It took 10 minutes to actually acknowledge that I was standing at the counter holding cash. When they finally acknowledged me the person that acknowledged me acted clueless on how to place my order and literally to 3 people to take my actual order. Waited 20 minutes to actual get my food. Shouldn’t have to spend 30 minutes at a fast food restaurant.

Very slow service. Lobby crowd increasing and almost no orders coming out. Ordered 15 minutes ago, notice that order was received, and only 2 others inside restaurant, now a crowd and app still shows waiting to be prepared. Don’t stop here if in a hurry.

We ordered Street Taco Chalupa box dinners. They were over cooked missing ingredients and the corn chips for dipping in cheese were all broken with two or three whole chips tucked in the top. The tacos we ordered were broken and had to be put in a bowl to eat. This taco bell is consistently bad and over priced for what they serve.
