We ordered Street Taco Chalupa box dinners. They were over cooked missing ingredients and the corn chips for dipping in cheese were all broken with two or three whole chips tucked in the top. The tacos we ordered were broken and had to be put in a bowl to eat. This taco bell is consistently bad and over priced for what they serve.

Though individual employees can make visiting this location a pleasant experience, service, food quality, and order accuracy are very inconsistent. As with many fast food locations, there seems to be a lot of employee turnover and inconsistent training of employees.

This is the closest location to home. So, about every 2-3 months, we give them another chance. We rarely get everything we ordered despite it being listed on the tag. So, I always check the order before leaving the parking lot. I can say they are generally very good about correcting the mistakes once I go back through the drive through or into the restaurant to tell them. It just defeats the purpose of ordering through the app and picking up at the drive through.

My most recent visit involved a large order for four adults. A number of different styles of burritos were involved. Though Taco Bell has developed ingenious wrappers that can be wrapped in a way to label multiple different menu items, they are not very helpful when used incorrectly. I had to spend 15-20 minutes taking each burrito out, unwrapping and opening them up, to figure out which was which and if I had everything we ordered. I then rewrapped them so that the labels were correct on all of the burritos instead of just some of them. Of course, it might have gone a little faster if ingredients were spread evenly through the burritos like in the “old days.” I guess that’s a drawback of living the Decades of Taco Bell and not just the promotion.

If you don’t mind slow service and taking time to double check your drive through order, you can roll the dice at this location. However, I wouldn’t bypass a different location to pick up your food here.

Idk who they hired about a month ago but they need to be fired. I've never had this many problems with my food before. Modifications being ignored, food made without the ingredients, food being very skimpy, etc etc. So my visits in the last month are... I ordered a tostada and they was barely any beans to cover even the middle of the shell... then a burrito supreme and it didn't have any tomatoes or sour cream but I didn't call about it. Next time I order 2 bean burritos with no onions and I got 2 bean burritos made normal with onion and sour cream??? Thet replaced that. Then couple days ago I ordered a doritos supreme, got no sour cream or tomatoes.... so today I called. Didn't get an apology or anything. I go to pickup the replacement dorito taco supreme and bought a few more items.... they gave me just the meat and sour cream with no lettuce, tomatoes, etc. So I go back through drive thru and they fix the taco. I get home and my nachos have the guacamole when I clearly asked no guac, it's on the tag. My soda had ice in it which I don't sweat about until everything else is messed up... and the nice older lady who made the soda, I didn't have to heart to have her remake it. I'm not even going to talk about the orders that have been skimpy. But can no one read? Sounds like your crew needs some extra training. This is ridiculous. I'm a frequent customer and I've never had this many issues in the year and a half I've been going to this location.

I went through the drive thru this evening around 10:15, the gentleman working the cash, I believe his name was Justin, was incredibly polite and such a delight to speak to during our transaction. Food came out quick and hot. Thank you for an awesome interaction!

The food here is horrible. I ate the chicken bowl I ordered but when I got to my side of black beans I was shocked, see picture. I’ve been to this location many times but recently it’s been bad. I’ll probably be driving to a different location next time. I know it’s fast food not a five star restaurant so I’m not expecting gourmet food but this was shocking. The girl at the window was extremely sweet though.
