I used to love eating here when I'd visited my dad. This was and will always be one of my favorite memories with him. Good food, great service, and the Carrot Cake is the best anywhere on earth, and I'm a carrot cake sob lol.

Saw billboard for fried pies while drving through to Columbia. Husband loves fried chocolate pies so we turned aside to visit for to go. Very crowded on a saturday morning, maybe for the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately chocolate was not a flavor they had in gried pies. Got strawberry rhubarb and apple. They were very good but too messy to eat by hand so went over to camdenton park to eat. Would definitely stop in for one again if in area. Subtracted atmosphere points for crowdedness...

My family flies in from Seattle to visit my parents we always go to Chuckwagon because their food was so good. This trip we went again but we were extremely disappointed because the food wasn't that good and the service was terrible. We only saw our waitress when she came to take our order. She never came back to check if our meals were OK or to ask if we needed anything. She also didn't refill our drinks. We kept having to ask someone else for more coffee then grab...
