The Highlander Public House

This place was along our route between Warsaw and the underground cavern tours we were doing, and it was the BEST choice we could've made for a great meal! The food was all freshly prepared and so delicious. The staff was courteous, we ate without delays, and would DEFINITELY come back if we're in the area. SO, so good. Highly recommend!

This place is phenomenal. Fish n Chips are top notch! I had a sirloin which is marinated and charbroiled to perfection. Service was pretty good. will be going back for sure!

Will never return. This used to be my favorite place—I came here multiple times a week. But our last visit on a Saturday was enough to change that. Our server was rude, barely spoke to us, and didn’t refill our drinks even once during the two hours we were there. Then, another server came over to double-check our chicken fried steak order. They took the plate off our table, claiming they needed to “check with the kitchen,” and moments later, we watched them serve that exact plate to another table behind us—who they treated like regulars. It felt disrespectful and dismissive, like we weren’t valued customers. You don’t remove a plate from one table and give it to another right in front of them. Unacceptable and disgusting. I won’t be back.

food was amazing! great service excellent all around!

We were there last Sunday for brunch. One of the best meals we’ve had anywhere. Stuffed French toast was great as were the bacon and eggs. Will definitely go back and recommend.

Everything we've eaten here has been delicious! Portion sizes are huge. We enjoy listening to their live music also. Always ready to go back.

We had heard lots of good things about The Highlander, and finally had the opportunity to try them yesterday. It was a tough decision since everything looks so good, but I finally ordered the Fish and Chips. It was one of best I've ever had. Their large tender pieces are batter-fried and crispy - and there's plenty of it. The fries are awesome, too! My buddy raved about his Chicken and Waffles, and his Son said his burger was the best! I can't wait to check out more of their extensive menu!

The wife and I have eaten there several times. Everything we have tried has been Top Notch! Great service as well...! Be back soon!

We stopped in to place a to go order since we were staying nearby. The bartender was amazing! So helpful. We had our lil dog with us so we waited in our vehicle until it was done and when it was they brought it out to us. The food was amazing and very reasonable prices .
