“Our daughter got married on 3/21/24. We set up a tasting and they did not disappoint. Had the cakes we chose ready and provided a very relaxed and enjoyable tasting. The lady was fun and took time to understand our wants, while offering suggestions. The cakes are very reasonably priced and let me tell you delicious. Her design was beautiful and exceeded our simple expectations. The buttercream on the cakes were not overly sweet, but had the perfect touch. The cake was very moist and flavorful. I would highly suggest them to anyone.”

Jeff, well he's just a all around good guy, lil off his rocker, but he's got a great staff, he can turn your meal into a meal and a show for the discounted price. “This restaurant was recommended to us by a local from another similar restaurant when they “ran out of food” that we were ordering specifically. She said she’d rather have been eating at Pops but she was with a group who chose the restaurant that shall remain nameless. The young lady who served us ran a tight ship but very friendly with everyone. She knew many of the locals who came in and was very present.The food was tasty with tender meats and yummy sides to round it out. If you are a dipper, you’ll be very happy with the 5 sauces they made in-house and are not stingy with!I would have loved some southern sweet tea on ice, butI had to remind myself we were in the Midwest , and I get why they do bottled drinks only. They offer yummy sounding desserts but we couldn’t even finish our entrees, so maybe next time.”

“This restaurant is a great hidden gem. It is a little off the main road and is more of a locals haunt, but the food is really good and the service great. The special of the day was chicken fried steak and it was one of the best I have had. Prices were all reasonable, and portions were very generous. Would go here again next time I am in town.”

I love the intimacy and the perfect blend of really good things on the menu. The coffee is awesome. The shop is accessible with really good hours and the staff is awesome. “Great food and GREAT service! I had a hankering for some tasty BBQ and I was not disappointed. This place was not a hole in the wall, but a food truck in a holler. It's easy to miss but Google Maps and keen eyes helped me find it and I'm glad I did. KC style BBQ allows for Keto or non-Keto to enjoy the rich smokey flavor of slow cooked, rubbed BBQ. Zac (junior) was as nice of guy as his BBQ was good. I only wish that I was hungrier. It was that good.”

The Funky Twig keeps the flavors rotating so if you find something you love, go often to enjoy it as the flavors change. But wait, there is more than just scoops of ice cream, be sure to try the coffee and other ice cream based desserts! This is the place if you love ice cream!”

“My husband and I found this little gem! We're from Texas and we have yet to find a Mexican Restaurant with green salsa. We can officially say this will be our spot for our salsa cravings (you have to ask for the green salsa and while you're asking for that amazing thing don't forget to ask about their spicy red salsa as well) My husband said he really enjoyed the margaritas !Staff= Respectful and down right the best!Food= I crave the red spicy salsa every day (no joke) REALLY good!!!”

“Best Japanese cooked by a Korean ever. ;)No seriously, this is the same type good you would get at a hibachi restaurant without all the fan fare and at a huge discount.Any time they are open, for $15 you can get chicken, steak, and shrimp teriyaki in about 8 minutes.It also comes with that type salad and dressing. This is a ginger style dressing with lettuce and cabbage.I can't recommend Happy Teriyaki anymore.Some of the best Chinese in the state of Missouri but available on Table Rock Lake.Yum yum..Parking: Big lot for the whole mallKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.”

“My parents took me here for a nice meal, I got the mahi mahi on special. The portion of the fish was sizable and yummy… I do think they could give a bit bigger portion on sides however…. Each side was only 3 bites. Over all a nice place and probably one of the nicer dining establishments in the area. Would go back :)”
