Cape is possibly on a learning curve
7Brew in Cape has some of the sweetest employees I've met. These ladies and gentlemen are kind and patient. I've been going usually daily since they opened and even when they aren't treated well they keep their same composure as normal and I have huge respect for that. Great coffee and service!
Wasn't food it was coffee and again it beats the hell out of Starbucks don't know why but it does

7 Brew Coffee in Cape has some of the sweetest employees. The ladies and gentlemen are kind and patient. Even when they are not treated well, they keep their same composure. Customers have great respect for that. The employees always have a smile on their face, they are friendly, and they seem to enjoy what they do and interacting with people. Customers never feel like they are bothering them or like they are aggravated, even when they are busy. One employee even covered the rest of a customer's total so they could still get their drinks. They have also been generous with the free drinks and go above and beyond to make people feel welcome. The coffee and service are great. However, one customer waited in the line for over 15 minutes with no one taking their order. There needs to be better line management and not taking orders at random. First come first serve please. Another customer said the coffee has tasted burnt the past couple of times.
