The food was very mediocre.. definitely not worth driving over 2 hours for with all the road blocks and detours. Probably the only thing that was actually “very good tasting” was the Crab Rangoon’s….. price was cheap, I think $13…. But I had to scrounge and force myself to find things that tasted halfway decent to eat.

This place is bad. Worst buffet in the area.
I've been in this place three times. The first time was shortly after they opened, the second time was about 2 years ago and the third time was last week.
Turn our first trip everything was great the food was fresh, the quality was good, the service was good and it was actually the best buffet in the cape area.
The second time was a little less of everything I just listed but the third time, last week was absolutely horrible.
How can you have a flat top Mongolian style grill where you can actually create your own food and have absolutely zero sauces to choose from. No garlic, no soy, no nothing. Granted the cooks probably throw some sort of oil on there and soy whatever behind the counter but you have nothing to choose from.
I tried to put some soy sauce packets on it or Sriracha the only thing that they had to try to make it palatable and I took a couple bites and I pushed the plate aside it wasn't very good at all.
Better when I tried to grab some of the items that were sitting in warmer trays and I tried various things chicken dishes steak dishes beef dishes and they were all low quality and inferior and I just wasn't happy with anything.
I sunk so low that I just ate some of the rolls and some french fries and chicken nuggets and then had a couple bowls of ice cream and I just wanted to get out of there I'll never go back.

The staff was very impolite to everyone when we got there and then they (in front of us) talked crap about my 1 year old for getting food on the floor
I got there around 4:00 all the food was old,dry and about not eat able, Near me leaving they started putting fresh food out. I think my timing for eating was bad choice. The crayfish was amazing. And servers stayed on top of clearing table & drinks. I had a group of 4 , is kid friendly. I would still eat at this restaurant if I was in cape. Every other time I have been here has been great .
Kid-friendliness: Yes kids are welcome , and have a toy vending machine in front.

Went for an early dinner. Left there and in less than an hour, I’m so sick. Called to let them know and they said they did not care. Go to the emergency room and I can maybe get a refund. And then hung up.
Horrible service.
Horrible food.
Will never return there.

This was a buffet style next to our hotel. Very yummy dishes though it had a hibachi bar and sushi bar, salad bar, desserts bar and five other main food dishes bars. The other thing I liked is that the dishes on the bars were smaller so they emptied sooner and you had fresher ingredients that were replaced sooner than things that sit there for long periods. Prices were very reasonable. And the food was yummy as in the title.

Food was good, but I had a terrible experience with our waitress. I came in to eat with my three children. 13,12 and 7. I told the waitress my children’s ages and when I told her my daughter was 12, she looked my daughter up and down with a look on her face like she didn’t believe me, when she brought me our ticket she had charged me for an adult buffet for her, when I tried to get the waitresses attention, she went straight to the manager who came over and said my daughter looked older then 12. I offered to show my daughter’s birth certificate and the manager corrected the ticket. The price wasn’t even an issue it was the fact she basically called me a liar because my daughter is tall for her age and it was embarrassing to my daughter. Please hire more pleasant/professional people to manage your restaurant. The difference in price between a child and an adult buffet isn’t enough to lose business or to embarrass a child. After that my daughter was ready to leave. ( The waitress brought our ticket before we we’re even done with our first plate). Very disappointed.

Went around 8 PM, some of the food was mediocre, but some of it was really good. All of the fried food was good and I was glad to see large chunky pieces of fried calamari. Good service and overall a very good value for $13.99!
