I used the online system specifically to avoid issues like this, so it was disappointing to see mistakes still happen.

“I have had a couple of off experiences with the app. Not wanting to work at certain times I won't get into details. But I will say their kitchen manager called me back even after I didn't request a call back. Because he was determined to figure out what the issue was and make it right. Very impressive and completely turned around my mood.
