The absolute worst experience. I order wings and received the driest, hardest, coldest wings ever. When I returned them and asked for fresh wings I received the same wings cold to the touch. Yet was told by the manger (GET THIS PART) that she personally cooked them over, but it took all five minutes.

My sisters and I went last night to celebrate my birthday, they order ribs and the Italian sausage, the sausage was uncooked, the ribs was very hard imposible eating plus they was cold. We return those foods and we decide we like order of quesadillas instead of the ribs and they decide to put the meat of the ribs inside of the quesadillas. Very disappointed!!
This was at Cape Girardeau location.
The manager never step by to check why we was returning the food.
