Our family has always enjoyed eating there. We still do just NOT the one in the mall! We have the worst experience there. The waitress was nonexistent for our almost 2 and a half hours there. They weren’t even very busy. Other people sitting there waiting we’re getting up and leaving, you could see the disappointment in their faces and I totally got it, but we waited it out and after that visit, we will never go back! We were seated and the menus were slapped down on the table. We waited a good 25 minutes before she came back and asked us about our drinks. We received our drinks in a few minutes and then waited another 20 minutes or better before she came and took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes and we ate and then we sat and waited and waited and waited for our check by this time. There might’ve been three other tables that were seated. The whole thing was terrible and not expected at all. Maybe there wasn’t enough help that day I don’t know, but there wasn’t enough business in there to have a weight as long as we had to wait.
The best tasting Mexican food in town, in my opinion! Best chips & salsa, too. So happy the West Park Mall location is open!

Submitted an online order and go to pick it up to be told they aren't taking online orders and to just wait for it to be refunded. I said how would it be refunded if you aren't refunding it and he said well it will automatically and you can pay again and reorder or we can't give you anything. No I'm sorry we didn't turn off online ordering let us make the food or anything. Terrible customer service.

Margaritas not authentic, food was good though.
The price of the white cheese is outrageous! A small cup for $10 and large cup for $15 smh. Cheese should be free but most definitely not over $5 any size. I don't even care about at the food at this point.
The cheesy grilled chicken and rice was amazing and their tortilla chips are so thin and crispy. Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

Hands down the best and most comfortable experience ever at a restaurant. I literally felt like I was at a family function. The food was amazing. I ordered the shrimp tacos unfortunately they has onions. This was not a problem ? they brought me an entirely new meal! My wife and daughter felt the same! Kudos to the entire staff at Don Carlos!

The one on Broadview St. In Cape is the best I think! I had the Mexican Pizza the other night there and it was piping hot when I received it and only took like maybe 10 minutes and the place was packed! Best place ever! ?
