We attended a class today where we learned how to make neapolitan pizza from dough to done! Sooo good. We were also treated to yummy appetizers and drinks. Learned how to make mixed berry crumble to take home.
London and Cody were excellent hosts and instructors and all the staff were pleasant and helpful.
Definitely recommend this as a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Traveled to cape to see my family and stopped in Encore. Pizza 🍕 was awesome staff was friendly. Great job Cody. If you’re ever in cape check this real wood fired pizza place out.
