Waited 30 minutes in the drive through today.
I love this place, in fact I drive from Perryville some days just to have jimmy John’s. I will fight tooth and nail to have a jimmy John’s in Perryville. You guys always have the best service and out of the 1000s of times I’ve ordered over the last 5 years I have only had one issue and it was only missing chips. Keep rockin it!
Delivery took two hours. We called the store at an hour and they said he left with a bunch of orders so he will show up eventually. I know no one wants to work anymore..but if you’re that behind I would much rather you call and tell us “hey we are very swamped and your order will most likely arrive over an hour late. Can we not fill your order so we can give you the service you deserve next time?” I’ve had companies tell me that before. Or offer to come pick it up if you...read full review
