Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We finally made our way back to Olive Garden. Dining on a Saturday is as busy as ever but it didn't stop the team from performing as best as they could. We never expect servers and workers to provide their service perfectly but we appreciate effort and that is what we received tonight. The Server we had tonight took us by surprise.(Jake J) Outstanding attentiveness, great memory on our orders, and his knowledge of the menu was astonishing. He provided great recommendations such as the Zuppa Toscana soup. I don't try soups but this one tucked me in. I went for two bowls and by the time my entree came I was near full. Anyway our experience became whole due to Jake's welcoming presence, kindness, and duty to serve the customer the best he could. Proud to say I enjoyed this experience more than any of my past experiences due to our Server. Would recommend 9.5/10

Food was good. Our service very good. We will be back. As I said above, we did return. Same great service. Tall young lady ( sorry, don't remember her name) but a very good server, took care of us. Very pleased with food and service.

This evening my whole fam damnly or at least my wife son and grand daughter went to Oliver Gardens in cape giirardeau and my food was the most horrible thing I have ever tasted my son ordered the same meal and he didn't eat his either and on our way out the manager stopped us and apologized for the volume of the music in our area..I thought really after the quality of food you just served us and you feel the need to apologize for the volume of music in our area.

We just had dinner and the hostess pulled my seat out for me, our waitress told the manager about my food allergy and was amazing checking on us frequently, and Manager Sarah actually served us. It truly was the best service and meal we ha e had outside of our own kitchen. A VERY long time!!!

If you hair in your food eat here! Got soup before the meal......found a hair ......got my main meal.......found a hair ......GROSS!!

Lady got mad when I gave her a $10 tip on a $20 dollar bill. She said she had kids to feed. Other than that it was super nice and even though I didn’t eat my girl loved it.

Im not gonna call and complain BUT there wasn't a single gnocchi ball in my soup. I get the soup from yall FOR the gnocchi. Yeah im disappointed. Cooking crew... put the gnocchi in there :(
