This is such an absolutely lovely restaurant! The staff is amazing and attentive, the food is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is so comfortable. We got the gyro and fries and the feta fries and they were both delicious - the gyro meat was fresh and tender, the fries were crisp, and the veggies were fresh. We finished off with the baklava, which was baked perfectly. It was a great way to spend some time post-holiday!

I went in fully intending to just get an app and an entre but the food was so good I had to grab a hummus togo. Tried to get a dessert of the day but they were wiped out of everything except a few pieces of baklava( I def got a piece before they were gone) which only goes to show I'm gonna have to go in earlier next time so I dont miss out! As far as my main dish I had the beef kofta, I wanted to save half for later but it was so delish I scarfed it all down. No regrets. If you're in Cape and you havent eaten here you are making mistakes. I will be frequenting this incredible eatery, can't wait for next time!

Enjoyed dinner with close friends at Olive's Pitaria this evening 10/10 recommend. Absolutely my new favorite restaurant. Great food and fantastic service. Best Jordanian food I've had, since I was in Jordan. Spent a lot of time taking with the owner. Great man with great vision. I truly wish him the best, and will definitely be going back soon.
To say this place is a hidden gem is an understatement! This restaurant sits on a historic landmark in downtown Cape Girardeau. As if that wasn’t cool enough, they have the friendliest & most accommodating staff, the best lamb meat I’ve ever had, & to top it off they have homemade desserts every weekend! The Feta Fries are a must every single time (just trust me on this one lol) & the gyro was top notch 🤌🏼 We had the Biscoff cheesecake & the Nutella cheesecake. Both were fabulous! Nabila, the cheesecake whiz & our server, had the sweetest personality & was so helpful telling us about the specials & explaining the menu. 20/10 in my book & I’m STOKED to find out they are on DoorDash also!! Can’t wait to be back at Olive’s!
