They sent my son home in a ambulance after not getting him out of the bed for 8 days. knowing he was to weak to even stand that is why they sent him in the ambulance to bring him home. drop him off in a chair No hospital bed was here they also knew that.Every nurse on each shift said he was to weak that is why they didn't get him up eighter. that a horrible way for anyone to be treated, At one time it was a respected hospital,, now it's about worthless side show of a hospital. 👎👎👎

They say they “have too many patients to call and schedule an appointment” but won’t send in approval for my birth control until I call and schedule an appointment for myself? I think they need to rethink the “care” part in Cape Care for Women because it seems like they don’t care at all. All they want is your money. Find somewhere else to go that actually cares and wants to help you.

Horrible. I know a heart failure patient that went there with a swollen face. a tooth infection. they were dizzy. triage was concerned. after waiting for hours he was called back. they sent him home. no antibiotic. nothing. they told him to see a dentist.

The staff I interacted with had terrible attitudes. Their competency was questionable. Medical errors were made and ignored. They truly suck. I won't ever seek services there.

I can’t say enough about the staff/facility everything! Everyone is so nice! They ask permission to do things. Took care of us during labor etc. I remember all the staff in the room saying words of encouragement getting me through an excellent dream first delivery. They answer our questions and give advice on new baby Daniel. Say he’s cute lol I’m very satisfied with the nurses, doctors, and other staff.

Way better food than I expected. Only had breakfast but the selection was good with hot food. All the regulars.. Casserole, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, rolls and bagels.Prepared foods such as a great selection of sandwiches, chips and drinks. Good coffee also.If you're at St Francis, might as well eat good!
