Trio Restaurant Cape Girardeau, MO

This is the only vegan spot in town, and we found it while searching for vegetarian options on Google Maps during our trip to Cape. It’s been around for about 6 years. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the menu has a nice variety including soups, salads, sandwiches, tacos, mini meals, and more. Everything we tried was delicious, and the staff checked in often to make sure we were good. It’s a great place if you have different dietary needs. Plus, there’s free street parking right out front. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in Cape!

Amazing food, This was my first time visiting today and I tried Asian Thai cauliflower it was amazingly crispy 👌 I also had to try a dessert since everything was alpha gal friendly. I had the lemon blueberry cheesecake and it did not make it home excellent. I will be back

Simple, minimalist atmosphere with amazingly great food. Clean, quiet and altogether pleasant. Friendly owner/chef/server. The sweet/spicy fried cauliflower appetizer brought me back again, this time with a friend. The appetizer was even better than I remembered. My friend ordered the Sweet Potato Tacos and couldn't have been happier. We will be back. No doubt about it.

We stopped by SEMO to visit one of our student-athletes. We went to Trio, and everything was great!They have plenty of options, and the food had great flavor and texture. The service was superb!

The sweet potato tacos are awesome! We have an egg allergy in the fam, so we don't have a lot of choices in SEMO. This is the only one, actually. And it is great! We will come back whenever we are in town. Come eat here so this quality vegan place thrives!

If you’re looking for a vegan friendly option in Cape, this place is your go to. I just wish they were in a better location because the building is kinda small and dingy, maybe it used to be a bar or something IDK, but other than that it’s good

This was a delightful stop on my way through town! Beware if you eat in the restaurant as the mango dressing is so good, you'll be tempted to lick your bowl.

I love this place! Everything is amazing—from the food to the service to the incredible energy in the space. It’s hard to choose a favorite because the menu is packed with so many delicious options. If you haven’t tried plant-based food before, this is the perfect spot to start. I highly recommend going in with an open mind and trying something new.
