Took my kids here for lunch today. NUMEROUS errors with my order: drink sizes were wrong and all the sides were wrong. We were one of two tables in the restaurant. No rush whatsoever. The staff very loudly kept using profanity, including MULTIPLE uses of f***. Horrible experience all around.
We ordered through the drive thru. Our curly fries were cold and stale. The lettuce and tomato on my cheeseburger was soggy. The party wasn’t done. We ordered the loaded fries and they were cold. They weren’t loaded that’s for .sure. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and hardly any ice.
Carthage, Missouri Arby's Everyone we encountered there was so very kind. From the local resident who opened the door for us and gave us coupons for dinner, to the lady behind the counter who recognized my husband as a veteran, to the law enforcement officer who also thanked us for his service. Super clean facilities added to this all-round pleasant visit. Thank you!
