“food cold service slow had food re made still cold asked for money back from manager showed him cold food let him know I am state certified in sanitation. been here almost hour had to finally call back and remind him still waiting on refund Was told I had to wait 12 to 24 hours for refund, I said I paid cash. Oh, well, I have a receipt, I'll send that out with server with your refund shortly waited at least 5 more minutes they came back and they gave me the money she said do you have the food? I said no I sent it back in with the manager. I don't know what in the world is going on at this place. But no I would never recommend it every time we've been here. We had cold food. And we send it back and I just keep thinking. I know sometimes a bad day. It's not a bad day. This is probably their norm. So ased for my refund and I will go to the other fast food restaurants around here. Where they can make food hot. Where they can make food hot and not sit there forever.And tell me that lukewarm French fries. are warm when I pointed it out. I am shocked and beside myself. To say the least disgust and irritated. I can't believe they know how to work or something. Maybe they don't. I don't know what the deal is here. But I'm frustrated and upset so no I would not recommend the place at least not here in Cassville.“

“I dont think people understand when i say this is the best tacobell, i mean that this SPECIFIC tacobell is literally the most amazing and delicious taco bell ever. Ive been to every single tacobell in a 200 mile radius and this one is just different. The food is better, the cleanliness is better, the staff talks to you just the right amout. Like im dead serious this is the tacobell of all tacobells. My job tried to relocate me to Florida recently and i literally turned them down because it would mean leaving my tacobell behind and i just couldnt do that to myself. If you need something good in your life you need to get yourself some of this tacobell“
