Every thing about this place was good, breakfast was good, prices were reasonable, and staff was friendly. If I'm ever in the middle of nowhere Missouri I'll definitely come back.
Food was fabulous. Service was terrible. Got coffee after food, never saw the waitress again, except at the time to pay... she left him standing there waiting again. I found someone else to help me with a Togo container. No tip left and that only happens once every 5 years or so.
The food was great! Very tasty but also nothing crazy or fancy. Typical diner done right! Servers may need a little more training, when it gets busy they get flustered and kind of look around confused and sometimes will forget to check in, but the food was still good and with the right practice this place will handle busy days even better. The pancakes tasted really yummy, the eggs and steak are typically cooked perfectly, the omelets are REALLY good. Nice place to take the family...
