Every time we go to St. Louis we have to take out Dry stir-fried laghman every time on our way out of town. Next time we will definitely have to dine in clean and well decorated.
What a fantastic restaurant, in every respect!
Max was so polite and thoughtful! He helped us choose what to order and what spice level suited us. It was phenomenal! The flavors were not lacking and it was a treat to experience another culture’s delicious cuisine. Thank you for being so attentive and providing us with an amazing dining experience. We will be back!

Afandi Kitchen is a must-try restaurant serving authentic Uyghur cuisine. The food is described as a mashup between Chinese flavors and preparation methods with heavy Middle East influences, tasting both different and familiar. Popular dishes include the Leghirdaq, laghman with lamb, lamb kebabs that are tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned with no weird lamb taste, dry stir fry noodles with big bold flavors and chewy noodles, plus baklava rolled like a canolli that is incredibly craveable. Other menu items like naan, sambosas, spring rolls, spicy stewed chicken and veggies, and fried mushrooms are all top notch. Service is fantastic, welcoming, and quick, with staff who are polite and thoughtful in helping choose orders and spice levels. The space is modestly quiet, making it an ideal spot. This place is a great gem in Chesterfield and a 5 star experience. Diners consistently recommend it and look forward to returning.
