As someone with food allergies (soy, nut, and seed), I REALLY appreciate that fit-flavors has an in-store menu showing which current menu options fit my dietary needs! They probably have it online too, and I just haven't needed to find it.
Their menu options are ALL low in sodium because - let's be honest - there is too much of it in everything "prepared"! That isn't a concern with fit-flavors. I can salt everything to my own (and my family's when we buy in bulk!) tastes...read full review
I have used a few different meal services. Fit-Flavors is SO much better. My kitchen is clean. My husband and teenagers are happy. I make dinner appear in under two minutes.
Also- it's good for us…. Enough said.
It is worth every penny!
After multiple friends telling me to try fit-flavors, I picked up several meals today and WOW am I impressed. The section of meals to choose from was large, plenty for anyone with any dietary restrictions. The employee working the Brentwood location was friendly and helpful.
