My husband and I had dinner at the Chesterfield, MO Red Lobster last evening and both commented that it was the most pleasant dining experience we have had in long time. our server, Scott, was polite, efficient and attentive. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was quiet. Definitely recommended
Had a 7PM Reservation and showed up at 6:45 to check in. We were told by the Host that it was busy and it would be a 30 minute wait at the most. Not a problem!
At 7:20 I checked in with the host again and was told we were coming up and it would be a 10 minute wait tops. Okay, sounds good.

I've been to quite a few Red Lobsters, and this was disappointing. Our waitress was extremely unfriendly from the start, Bianca was her name. She clearly did not care to be serving us or like her job in general. As a server myself, I can honestly say this was the first time I haven't tipped 20%. Very disappointing. Food was also just not very good quality. We left and went to another restaurant because the experience was just poor and the server made it worse.
