Scooter's Coffee

This was my first visit and I’m glad I gave them a try. I usually drink Starbucks then grab breakfast some place else because Starbucks food isn’t for me. Scooters has these cinnamon buns and they are delicious…the coffee was also pretty good. I may have to have my morning coffee at Scooters from now on.

Feb 6 2026 at approximately 5:46p I had a rather unsatisfactory experience at this scooters location. I ordered a large hot autumn caramel swirl latte; as is, no modifications. I have reason to believe I was given a sugar free version of the drink, as my coffee was disgustingly sweet. I have ordered this drink before and its never tasted disgustingly sweet before. I can't have artificial sweeteners, they make me sick. I was experiencing symptoms that I did have artificial sweeteners in my drink, as into 1hr of my 15hr shift i started to feel sick. This time it tasted like I was drinking pure liquefied sugar. Also the cashier had to ask me to repeat the size and temperature preferences of my coffee. I hope this is a one off occurrence, this location is super convenient for work and I don't want to have to go back to dunkin. I absolutely need the caffeine to get through my 15hr and 12hr shifts

Scooters is by far one of my favorite coffee locations, I’ve been trying the chesterfield location this week and last since I’m working in the area. The location is by far the worst I’ve experienced in the past year. First couple times , maybe I just caught them on a bad day so I kept going. I’ll even give benefit of the doubt that maybe they have a bad egg in the bunch, but this is the kind of customer service you’d expect out of Dicks last resort.

Love Scooters but no more chances on this location.

BEST! BEST!! BEST location!!! They’re the nicest bunch of people. The drinks are always made consistently whether I visit in the morning or afternoon. They’re all very friendly and accommodating. I usually order on the app and if I need to make a change, whether I selected the incorrect milk, want to change how much ice, or if Sugar Free syrup is an option for the drink I purchased, it’s never been an issue. I’ve tried another Scooters location and they need to be trained by this store’s employees and standards. They are hands down, THE BEST LOCATION! 🥰💜💙

Visited on my Birthday and the girl at the drive in window was incrediblely kind in acknowledging my birthday. I ordered my drink and it was perfection.

This was our first visit at a Scooter's Coffee and it was fine. We got blended drinks, they were good and I liked the consistency of them. My kids had the cake bites, they said those were delicious.
Service was okay, nothing stood out either way just basic service.
