I wanted to like this place. I really did. Especially since it’s popping up all over the STL metro, I thought I’d be widely popular, but doesn’t even come close to the quality of chick fil a, baskin, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, Panera drinks… I’m sorry scooters… fun little concept and nice employees but i just didn’t find the vibe/ food quality worth coming back for. I ordered the top drink right now which was some autumn coffee drink, could only take a few sips. Worse quality than mc Donald’s. I’m sorry

First time here! Couldn't seem to shake the burnt coffee taste & the sad excuse for oat milk. Very nice service however. I mean, I might've just gotten a really bad batch.

I waited in line for 10 minutes to place an order for a coffee and breakfast sandwich at your drive-through, only to be told that you cannot accept cash bills over $20. I had a $50 bill, which should not be an issue at a business in a high-end area.

If Scooters is going to open in affluent parts of St. Louis County, it’s imperative that you update your outdated cash policy. This is beyond frustrating! I went to the nearby Dunkin' Donuts and they accepted my cash without hesitation.

Let’s not forget: you are in the service industry, and you should prioritize customer convenience!

My coffee is made wrong every time, i ask for a splash of milk and the whole coffee comes back white. I’ve had them correct & remake it so many times so that it is still a dark color that looks and tastes like coffee. It’s frustrating because i love the workers & the food. But i can’t keep coming here when my drink always puts my mood down because it’s never right.

This morning I stopped in to get a latte because my normal spot was out of oatmilk. I ordered a iced, oatmilk, caramel latte and then was asked what size I would like. When I got to the window and paid my $6.85 was handed a hot drink that felt small. The hot was not a deal breaker for me so I chose not to say anything but as I pulled away I looked at the bottom of the cup and it was showing that it was a 12oz cup. The idea of a cup of coffee being almost $7 is already frustrating to me and having to pay an extra $1 for a Cow's milk substitute already rubs me the wrong way because I am ordering it based on a dietary allergy and the cost of Oat milk is really very similar to cow's milk. I circled back and let the barista know that I had ordered a 16oz not a 12oz and she entered it into to computer again and said that I was only charged for the 12oz and it was almost seven dollars because I got oat milk. The lack of active listing and accurate order entry is really the main issue for me here and paying $6.85 for a cup of coffee expecting one thing and getting another is very disappointing. After this experience I will forgo the convenience of ordering in my car and head down the road to Kaldi as the experience has always been really positive there.
