As a follow up, when I contacted the store, they were going to put 2 entrees as a credit on my Panera account to compensate. This is appreciated, but an apology would’ve meant more.
Great bear claws & coffee ☕️
I was visiting St.louis from Toronto and on my way I stopped at this place, I loved it and would highly recommend it.
Restaurant wasn’t really clean but food was tasty and fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed by my latte as it was very sweet but this guy don’t know his name (seemed like a manager or owner) came upto me and replaced it with another drink.
So overall a nice and memorable experience!

The store is constantly busy, but the employees work quickly to ensure customers receive their orders promptly. Several sandwiches are tasty, and pastries are always excellent. The food and service are great, what you would expect from Panera. The service at this location is quick and efficient, and customers appreciate the ability to order online through the app. The egg and cheese brioche sandwich was just the right portion, along with the iced coffee. Carry out is undependable; they occasionally omit including items ordered online and paid for. The overhead music is a little loud, and the tracks skip, making it difficult to study. The men's bathroom is also often dirty. The area that can improve is the layout of the cold beverage station, which gets cramped and is also close to the trash cans.
