I can't say enough good things about Hollie! From the very first contact to the final cleanup, she was professional and easy to work with. Our guests are still raving about the nacho bar—it was absolutely delicious and plentiful. She handled our food requests seamlessly and the setup was elegant. They made our event a huge success! Highly recommended!

I was very impressed with the service, and the food was spectacular. I had the BBQ pulled pork over macaroni and cheese, I loved the combination, it has two sides but being a bariatric person, I passed on them. The food was quickly brought out to my table and smelled wonderful. Hollie even came out and visited with me, what a way to treat yourself by having comfort food. If I was a teacher I'd give it an A+
