As another reviewer said, this is easily the worst Chipotle location in the St. Louis area (and one of the few locations I’ve ever had issues with, as I eat Chipotle several times per month). Two stars is generous. When I walked in, there were barely any customers and the cashier was looking at their phone. Yet many of the items were running low, gone, or not fully cooked (the brown rice and the fajita veggies). The worker gave me the last of the brownish guacamole at the bottom of the container (probably slightly less than a full serving) instead of opening a new one. But I am generally non-confrontational, so I didn’t say anything, assuming the rest of the ingredients would be acceptable. Another issue is that they have never had aguas frescas at this location any time I have been there, despite having the agua fresca dispenser (is it just there for decoration?). So I spent extra money on bottled drinks instead of purchasing a fountain drink. The dining area was cold - maybe 60 degrees. I couldn’t finish my veggie bowl due to how hard the rice was. This location doesn’t even feel like a real Chipotle, to be honest. It seems like a forgotten location that is being embargoed or something. It’s almost as if they’re trying to reduce business as much as possible. However, the one positive aspect of this recent visit was that the place was finally clean (it’s usually filthy with overflowing garbage cans, etc.).

Nice food, but the rice is a bit crunchy.

Just ordered a chicken bowl for delivery through the Chipotle app. Ice cold, terribly small portion, rice was raw, and it’s a watery mess. I’d rather light $17 on fire than spend that at this location again

Ordered online (Uber Eats) and got my whole order wrong, which by the way was for two items so it shouldn’t be complicated but somehow they got it all wrong. And it’s not like I got someone else’s order because it has my name and the elements are there. I ordered salsa on the side but it was mixed in the bowl. Ordered chesse but I got that horrible queso salsa all over it. That is enough to ruin the whole thing. Very frustrating.

Got a weird add-on, depicted in the bottom of the pic, with food, which is yucky. Does it show how cautious the employees are, there? I would leave it to you.

Downtown Clayton: Doordash and Grubhub orders are usually ready soon after I arrive to pick up and deliver.

What the hell is this? Picture posted. A half cup of adobo ranch that I paid for. The barbacoa quesadilla had a teaspoon of meat in it and it was the size and shape of a hot pocket. Never again. Qdoba would never..$18 for this poorly prepared miniature entree is ridiculous! I had it delivered wwhile at work so I couldn't take it back and they never answered the phone when I called.

Gave me the weakest servings and when I asked for fajitas the guy looked at me and said 'not right now' and gave me three slivers of peppers.

The server had a bad attitude when I confronted her about it she walked off, I then spoke to the other two employees that asked me what was wrong I then explained my displeasure to them about how she was tossing thing around and acting in a disinterested manor in serving me when I was trying to explain to her what I wanted on my bowl. I’ve been in the retail service industry myself and was taught that the customer is always right within reason that’s what’s wrong with the younger generation these days there not thought that at the corporate level. I will not be going back to this location.

Dont know how to make a burrito when the online order says BURRITO. Not a bowl. And bc you’re not there in person ordering they give the smallest burritos and dont give you the double meat you order.

The order accuracy is not great. I have ordered online 3 days this week. Twice I had to ask at the counter where my order was as they had it sitting in the back not on the pickup shelf. There is a check box in the app for napkins and utensils. 2 out of 3 times I got them. Today I got corn salsa in my burrito... Uh I didn't order that... Anyway don't count on this place getting things right. I guess I will go back to the old reliable Jimmy John's.

I guess it would be better if you were watching them make the food...

Just went back again... Somehow the burrito I got was huge... anyway burrito size is very in consistent. Receipt printer needs to be looked at... It has blank spots. It does say on the receipt add napkins and utensils but that was not in the bag. Bag was not on the shelf it was at the front counter had to ask if I could take it....

I guess the shelf is difficult because it is divided up alphabetically. So you have to read the poorly printed receipt and then file the bag correctly.

Wave at the Light, Everyone!

The atmosphere was harmed by the profane and vulgar music they were playing in the background. The staff needs to understand that all aspects of the business need to remain professional AT ALL TIMES, including the music.
