Better than I remember
Gave me the weakest servings and when I asked for fajitas the guy looked at me and said 'not right now' and gave me three slivers of peppers.

The server had a bad attitude when I confronted her about it she walked off, I then spoke to the other two employees that asked me what was wrong I then explained my displeasure to them about how she was tossing thing around and acting in a disinterested manor in serving me when I was trying to explain to her what I wanted on my bowl. I’ve been in the retail service industry myself and was taught that the customer is always right within reason that’s what’s wrong with the younger generation these days there not thought that at the corporate level. I will not be going back to this location.

Dont know how to make a burrito when the online order says BURRITO. Not a bowl. And bc you’re not there in person ordering they give the smallest burritos and dont give you the double meat you order.

The order accuracy is not great. I have ordered online 3 days this week. Twice I had to ask at the counter where my order was as they had it sitting in the back not on the pickup shelf. There is a check box in the app for napkins and utensils. 2 out of 3 times I got them. Today I got corn salsa in my burrito... Uh I didn't order that... Anyway don't count on this place getting things right. I guess I will go back to the old reliable Jimmy John's.

Just went back again... Somehow the burrito I got was huge... anyway burrito size is very in consistent. Receipt printer needs to be looked at... It has blank spots. It does say on the receipt add napkins and utensils but that was not in the bag. Bag was not on the shelf it was at the front counter had to ask if I could take it....
I guess the shelf is difficult because it is divided up alphabetically. So you have to read the poorly printed receipt and then file the bag correctly.

The atmosphere was harmed by the profane and vulgar music they were playing in the background. The staff needs to understand that all aspects of the business need to remain professional AT ALL TIMES, including the music.

This place is a mess, easily the worst Chipotle I have been to. The employees' uniforms looked disheveled and seemed untrained to assemble online orders (particularly quesadillas). The inteior is an actual mess with trash everywhere, the floors, tables, and refreshment stand. With that, there were no fresh drinks, and the inside was very hot, even on a cool day. On top of it all, there was a weird smell. This place needs help. 1-star across the board.

This Chipotle has turned themselves around, which is great. Everything the past few times I've been here has been totally fine now.
Bonus: They finally fixed the water dispenser after like 5y of it being broken!

everything was wrong at this location today , the food was nasty , the employees can’t comprehend your order and the bathroom was nasty . chipotle is my go to restaurant and i was by far dissapointment in this location . the cashier wasn’t so bad . but i say one thing they would give me something else . i asked for 1 taco a side of chips and salsa , they gave me steal chips , pico , 3 tacos overdid the sour cream and bc i was tired i just end up paying for it all . i was suppose only spend $8 -$10 end up spending about $20 for food i end up throwing away . never again . i wish i could get a refund
Walk in and the guy who is making the food had a cigarette hanging out of his mouth….what in gods green earth is going on here? I walked out.

Walked in to place an order and I couldn't tell if the person behind the food bar/counter was working (no lines because was the only one there at the time). They acted like I didn't exist while I stood there wondering if food was being served. I understand this isn't a 5-star restaurant but courtesy to customers matters everywhere
