We had high hopes but we were disappointed overall. Our beet and goat cheese salads were excellent but the Chicken Pot Pie and stuffed squash that took over an hour on a Thursday non busy night were a real disappointment

What a special place: everything from the vibe and the beautiful oval dishes to the creative preparations and the thoughtful service!

Wow this place was amazing, I cannot wait to go back next time I’m in town!!! The menu was a unique take on brunch familiar brunch items. Everything sounded so good it was tough to decide what to get. We all got different meals to share and all of it was delicious! And pretty big portions, oh it was SO good. I had a medicinal mushroom coffee tasted great and had me feeling great all day.

Wonderful food and service as always! We brought an extra guest and went from 3 to 4. The hostess was very accommodating.

They carry a wonderful vegan protein called Harvest Shreds that they allow you to substitute for any meat. Their house dressing does have honey but they have a vegan balsamic as well as a vegan cashew yogurt dressing. For not being a place that specializes in vegan food, they really do hit the mark pretty well! They also make all sourdough in house with a 24 hour ferment. Service is great. Atmosphere very pleasant. I had the Harvest Shreds at dinner with a vegan curry and they were very flavorful and delicious.

Ivy does a great job with their food and presentation and staff. My sliders were tasty as was the little salad I got to go along with them. The room can be a little loud when boisterous groups are present, but cozy and friendly and well cared for. One of our favorites!

Menu items not labeled for any dietary concerns. Most items include egg, milk, or cheese. However, food is responsibly sourced, and most items can be modified.

Tasty food and great service! A little noisy inside and cramped! The ac was too cold for the cooler temps today!

Too loud... too crowded. Coffee is good. You can park after 5 pm and in the weekends. Edit: Indeed it got quiter after the peak hour. I changed my rating from 3* to 4*. All the best, Ahmet.

My husband and I came here (the day after our wedding) with our families. We had a large party, with lots of dietary restrictions (vegan, with a sesame allergy) and they accommodated us perfectly. Everything tasted so so amazing. Maya, our server, was so patient and kind despite how busy the place was — she made sure our allergies and preferences were taken into account and triple checked everything! We LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, and every time we come in we are so well taken care of and everything tastes amazing. The service is also consistently top tier. We hope to keep coming here for the rest of our lives! A st.louis gem, truly!

The freshness of the unique assemblage of ingredients is the best thing about ivy cafe! I still think about how well the beats, white bean hummus, and goat cheese complimented each other on the Kingsbury tartine. I think the menu could be condensed a bit as it was overwhelming making a choice with so many yummy sounding choices available. Maybe there could be a tartine sampler dish??

Wow, great place for brunch. Got there a little after 12 and didn't have to wait for a seat. Servers get you water as soon as you get seated which was really nice. Our serverwas super. Food was fantastic. Sourdough bread was very tasty. The pot pie was exquisite. What a crust. Flakes and crisp. Will come back next time I'm in the area for sure.
