Used to come here all the time and loved it but now it feels like the employees hate us. They are not welcoming and in fact look as if we’re burdening them by coming in. Very disappointing.

I placed an order for delivery at 8:28pm.
I had to call the store after 9pm to ask where my food was. I spoke with the assistant manager Mark who said someone from a 3rd delivery must have stolen my order. I don’t understand why there isn’t a verification system in place so that way if something like this happens they can alert and figure out who it is. I never got my food and I didn’t get my money back .

Terrible delivery!!I’ve been waiting an hour for my order and it still isn’t here. I can’t call because the phone number listed doesn’t work.I am on my lunch break and wanted to eat before I have to go back to work.Now I’m missing out on my lunch after I paid over $16 for it.I haven’t eaten since 8:45 this morning and now I won’t get to until I get home around 6:30.I will NEVER order from here again!!

It would help if the Employee paid attention to me and not his phone. It turns out the reason he was so slow is he had his phone beneath the register and was playing on it instead of filling orders.
