One of my favorite locations. Clean. Welcoming. Friendly. The staff is quick and polite. The restrooms are available for customers to use, and they are clean. Sit in or carry out available. I would recommend.

I frequent this particular smoothie. King, sometimes numerous times a day, as i've had a bariatric surgery and I substitute meals for smoothies, or protein shakes, so this particular day I put an order in not realizing that I was in Chesterfield, Missouri, for this location. I realized it within 3 or 4 minutes. I quickly called them to cancel the order and was met with attitude and uncooperativeness. She said, I cannot give your money back. I cannot cancel the order. And I'm like, okay, wouldn't issue a credit, nothing. Basically, it was just like so sorry on a $17 smoothie. So I so I asked for a manager's number or blah blah blah, and I got a number not sure where it goes to, because the voicemail hasn't even been set up. So I called the um let corporate office and put a complaint in with them. They were supposed to send them an email with a response of less than 48 hours. That was almost a week ago, haven't heard anything. Don't think they care and I will not be. I'm going back to this store ever again. Regardless of the convenience and I caution anyone else as well. Unless you don't buy your money

Not a present experience at SK today. I went into the store with my daughter ordered a 20 oz. After us 3 more families came in and some how all their drinks were made before ours. I asked the staff what was going on and was told it looks like someone took your drink. 1 I was standing there the entire time our name was never called, they made and gave my drink away to someone. I calmly let the young lady know that’s fine but since we have been waiting her for quite some time can you upgrade my daughters drink from 20 oz to 32oz. Between her and the manager on duty they would not make this change so I asked for a refund. Customer service is poor, this could have easily been resolved. Heck give me 2, 20oz but no they would rather refund the sale and get this bad review. I won’t be going back to this location.

the daily warrior is delicious and the employees were kind enough to pour my smoothie into my water bottle so I could skip the styrofoam! (I asked when they weren't very busy, so mileage may vary on this! be nice if they say no!)

I ordered the smoothie via the app and it was ready when I arrived. The consistency of the smoothie was terrible, and the cup wasn't even close to being full. If it wasn't $11, I would have thrown it out.
