So Starbucks started charging for extra matcha. But the thing is matcha is being made so inconsistently across different locations. Some make it strong enough ( as it should be, and as shown on the advertisement - normal green color ! ), but most nake it very very weak and its almost pale. So now when I pay for extra matcha I still dont get the color/taste promised by Starbucks. How is this problem van be solved ? Do baristas not getting proper instructions on what one scoop of matcha really is and how full it should be ? I think Starbucks can afford normal amount of matcha in their lattes, considering how much they charge for it. So it his training issues ? Thanks !

what a bad experience, I had a work meeting and I went 40 minutes early to get a coffee with my colleagues, the girl took the order wrong and it took 50 minutes for 3 coffees, the order was not what we ordered and I asked for my money back because we couldn't wait any longer, we were already late. She asked one of the women who was making the coffee for help and in an aggressive manner she gave me the money for two that they made wrong (and since I wanted the refund I had to take it from the other side of me) and she made me another small drink, when I had already ordered a large one. What terrible service

Totally understaffed. It took ALONG time and no apologies. One other workers was in the back walking out to see but not assisting. Staff was friendly but management has major issues and needs to be addressed.

Terrible leadership. Plus, they don’t give free water anymore. Literally the last saving grace of this mediocre corporation. However, the actual employees and product is wonderful. This is more of a direct note to corporate itself. Very grateful for the community I served though. St. Louis is very, very strong 💚💚
literally sat in the place waiting for someone to take my order and of course the caucasian woman decides to ignore me and ask the other caucasian woman behind me for her order. I don’t know what type of business you guys are running but i will down talk this place any chance i get!
