The atmosphere was what it was but I got a little annoyed that when I stepped up to the pick up counter, the barista (a young black male) instantly stated “DoorDash is over thurr” 🙄 I work in finance, wearing dress slacks, dress shoes and a sweater. I’m not even dressed like a typical DoorDash driver. I simply wanted to ask for extra sriracha and a straw but was cut off instantly and profiled. Sir, as another black male, don’t make assumptions about people (who look like you) and then proceed to dismiss them bc you’re used to servicing a certain group of people. You never know who you’re doing business with. Also, didn’t get any sriracha as originally requested. That ignorant mindset won’t get you from behind that counter any quicker.

I just want to give a big thank you to the staff at this Starbucks. They are always so kind, patient, and professional, no matter how busy it gets. Their positive attitudes honestly make my day better, and it’s clear they put real effort into customer service. This location truly stands out because of the people who work here. I stood at the counter for over five minutes trying to order, but the two people that were working had no intention of taking my order. It was obvious that they noticed me but both of them intentionally avoided making eye contact with me and kept doing other things.
I don't think it's normal to have a customer standing at the counter for full five minutes even when there is a backlog of orders (which I doubt there was, given that the cafe was not busy at all).
This happened at 2:30 pm on 11/27/2025.
I visit this place frequently and I probably will keep coming, but I'll make sure to walk out when I see either of the partners on their shifts.

I ordered a hot coffee with cold foam, the coffee was like warm not even hot when I called to speak with the manager,who was rude to me telling me if I had not added cold foam and milk it would be hot! I order the same thing every time and this is the second incident were I order in the afternoon and receiveduke warm coffee.Customer service here is a hit a miss! And I will be not spending my money there anymore!!! Kaldi here I come!!!! Starbucks not all that great any way, it was convienant based on the location.

The girl at the counter was really rude. She does not understand the meaning of customer service. Moreover she was aggressive to my child who accompanied me. This is so disrespectful towards a child. This was a very negative experience for my child. I wonder if this was racial. And if a complaint is made against them the way to make it right is by giving free food.

So Starbucks started charging for extra matcha. But the thing is matcha is being made so inconsistently across different locations. Some make it strong enough ( as it should be, and as shown on the advertisement - normal green color ! ), but most nake it very very weak and its almost pale. So now when I pay for extra matcha I still dont get the color/taste promised by Starbucks. How is this problem van be solved ? Do baristas not getting proper instructions on what one scoop of matcha really is and how full it should be ? I think Starbucks can afford normal amount of matcha in their lattes, considering how much they charge for it. So it his training issues ? Thanks !

what a bad experience, I had a work meeting and I went 40 minutes early to get a coffee with my colleagues, the girl took the order wrong and it took 50 minutes for 3 coffees, the order was not what we ordered and I asked for my money back because we couldn't wait any longer, we were already late. She asked one of the women who was making the coffee for help and in an aggressive manner she gave me the money for two that they made wrong (and since I wanted the refund I had to take it from the other side of me) and she made me another small drink, when I had already ordered a large one. What terrible service

Totally understaffed. It took ALONG time and no apologies. One other workers was in the back walking out to see but not assisting. Staff was friendly but management has major issues and needs to be addressed.
