Terrible leadership. Plus, they don’t give free water anymore. Literally the last saving grace of this mediocre corporation. However, the actual employees and product is wonderful. This is more of a direct note to corporate itself. Very grateful for the community I served though. St. Louis is very, very strong 💚💚

Oh my, it's the best Starbucks I've ever been (And I've to Starbucks in different countries and different cities)! It's S_P_A_C_I_O_U_S ? It's has a perfect sitting placement. There are spaces for studies, for companies, and for lonely visitors. Loooove!

They always have the BEST customer service, they are so nice ? never had a bad experience them and I love that the staff can come up with their own drinks and let customers sample them. It was because of the sampling that I found my new favorite drink - I wish I got the barista's name but it's: Matcha tea latte, oat milk, toffee nut (1 pump) vanilla sweet creamalmost everyday I go to work, I make sure to stop buy and order it. hehe i just always feel great coming here :D
My team and I come here everytime we go into the office. The staff is amazing. There is never a long wait, even if the line is long. By far the best Starbucks I've ever been to!

Earlier this morning, at around 9:20, I walked into this starbucks to pick up my coffee. This location is incredibly quick, and the coffee is excellent, better than the other starbucks locations. Besides that, the manager was respectfully standing up for herself and the other employees as they were met with a difficult customer who worked at Chipotle across the street. I missed the first portion of the altercation, and as I was about to leave, this Chipotle worker launched his coffee (iced I hope) at the manager along with hateful words to the starbucks workers. I was so disgusted that the employees had to deal with this fool. They are always nice, respectful, helpful, and do such a good job. I appreciate all the starbucks workers here and want them to know they are appreciated and great workers.

The coffee was delicious. First time trying pistachio nitro cold brew. The barista was very friendly and talkative. It was fast service and a nice area to sit and talk.
